90 Day Business Challenge: Participation Agreement

Terms and Conditions

  1. This Agreement is between you and The Gadsby Group Pty Ltd (ACN 124 003 523) (us, we or our) and relates to your participation in our program known as "Zoom in Business 90 Day Challenge" (Zoom in Business).
  2. As a member of Zoom in Business you understand the information, techniques, skills and concepts shared by the business experts and all audio and video recordings, expert interviews, on-line training videos, checklists, documents, websites and other materials (Program Materials) are not to be relied on as any type of professional or other advice.
  3. The Zoom in Business and the Program Materials may only be used for educational purposes and only for non-commercial use.
  4. With the Exclusive Closed Members Group on Facebook, (Masterminds Facebook Group), some business owners may choose to share with you private information that they do not want repeated outside The Zoom in Business environment.  If informed, please be respectful and refrain from discussing such information outside the environment.
  5. Zoom in Business, the Program Materials, and user names and passwords provided to you are confidential and must not be given to or shared with people outside The Zoom in Business community.  The only exception to this is you may share relevant information with your staff for the purposes of them implementing the ideas shared into your business.
  6. No part of The Zoom in Business or the Program Materials may be copied, modified, licensed, published, transmitted, distributed, uploaded, broadcasted, sold or otherwise transferred without our prior consent.  We own all intellectual property rights in The Zoom in Business and the Program Materials.
  7. The Zoom in Business is a 3-month program.  Payments must be made upfront or monthly.  There are no cancellations or refunds during this time.  The only cancellation that can be made is during the first 30 days a 30-day guarantee.
  8. Should your credit card expire, you will be required to supply new details that will take you up to the end of the agreed payment period.  We reserve the right to suspend your access to Zoom in Business until your payments are up to date.
  9. After the first 3-months of your membership will not be renewed unless you advise in writing that you wish to continue.
  10. You understand that Zoom in Business will be recording the Live Training Calls and Question and Answers, which may include videoing, audio recording, or doing case studies.  Facebook posts may be used as testimonials in marketing material.  The recordings, case studies and testimonials may then be used for the creation of physical DVD or CD products, or turned into online videos or audios, or used as marketing material. You give permission for this to occur.
  11. We reserve the right to vary this Agreement, revise the Zoom in Business content, or to make other changes to Zoom in Business as reasonably required.
  12. No representations or warranties are made with respect to the results to be obtained from participating in The Zoom in Business or using the Program Materials. No portion of the Zoom in Business material would constitute legal, professional, personal or financial advice.  Under no circumstances, will The Gadsby Group Pty Ltd, Zoom in Business or any of its representatives or contractors be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to decisions, actions and results by your use of these materials.
  13. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
